Who We Are
OT3K is Ghana's premier parliamentary digital platform, built and operated by Obuaba Ltd — a Ghanaian technology company passionate about using innovation to strengthen democracy and deepen the relationship between elected officials and their constituents.
We design, develop, and maintain bespoke digital infrastructure for public institutions and businesses across Ghana. Our flagship product, OT3K, is purpose-built for Ghana's 275 parliamentary constituencies — delivering professional-grade web platforms, election technology, and constituent engagement tools at a cost accessible to every MP.
Beyond Ghana, we are building toward a pan-African parliamentary technology network, bringing the same standard of digital excellence to elected representatives across the continent.
